The water was leaking in through the homes original gas line. The gas line enters the home through the wall at the base of the main floor, in the ceiling of the basement. If the line has been completely disconnected, we can remove it from inside the wall and fill the hole. If it is still connected, then we will seal all around the hole on the outside to prevent moisture from entering the home.

Hello I recently noticed that i have 2 cracks in my basement floor. These are brand new cracks. My house was built in 2006 and I have a sump pump but it runs often. I also noticed a wet line around the bottom of my basement where the wall meets the floor. Not sure how or what caused this. There has been no flooding at all but I feel like something bad could be brewing. I would like to get someone out to look at the house and see if there is damage that might need to be taken care of. Thanks Brandon Wildman
