To fully waterproof the Ferndale homeowner's basement we installed the Grate Drain system. This system goes under the basement floor next to the foundation. The Grate Drain system collects water via a punched dual chamber system and guides water to a sump pump. Thermal Finish shield was then installed to create a vapor barrier and protect against mold and mildew.
