Basement Waterproofing of Michigan provides various services to keep your basement and crawl spaces dry, and to protect your foundation. Here are some of the services that we offer in Ann Arbor.

Basement Waterproofing - With our years of experience in the basement waterproofing business, we know that each home will be configured differently. We provide custom plans for installing basement drainage systems. Sump Pump Installation - Sump pumps remove water from your basement. They’re very reliable and can run non-stop whole-year round. However, they have one weakness, and that’s the fact that they are reliant on your home’s electricity supply to run. A rainstorm that causes basement flooding can also cause power outages. That’s why you need a battery back-up system that will power your sump pump if and when the electricity goes out. Basement Waterproofing of Michigan provides proven battery back-up systems for your sump pump.

To waterproof the basement before the homeowners remodeled we installed the Grate Drain perimeter system which exists under the floor to collect any water. This system was connected to the newly installed Sump Pump. The job was finished with the installation of a thermal finished shield on the walls to stop moisture from entering the home and prevent against any mold or mildew.

Installed Crawl Shield which is a state of the art basement liner designed to stop moisture and soil gases from coming into the crawlspace. This system fully encapsulates the crawlspace.

Basement Waterproofing of Michigan was able to identify the issues early enough to prevent outside excavation and a possible wall replacement. We installed eight fortress carbon fiber straps to stabilize the foundation and to stop and further damage and movement to the other basement walls.
