HEALTHY BASEMENTS AND HEALTHY HOMES IS OUR COMMITMENT TO OUR CUSTOMERS

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation evolves, health and safety are at the top of our priority list.

COVID-19 is an extremely serious situation and we at Basement Waterproofing of Michigan want to assure both our customers and our employees that our policies during this unusual and difficult time are over and above any requirements we could find.  Our goal is to do our part to prevent the spread of the virus while still providing our customers the best waterproofing solutions in the area.

The steps we are following are recommended by the CDC and other government health organizations: We understand that the services we provide are critical to maintaining your health and the health of your family and residence and we are prepared to continue providing our services ensuring your safety and well being.

    •     We are updating our protocols if necessary as we follow directions provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health officials.
    •    Planning for the unexpected is key. We have systems and procedures in place to ensure we can do our job helping you and your family, while minimizing exposure to any health risks to you and to our employees.
    •    We are taking every safety precaution possible from monitoring our employees temperature each morning, making sure they have no symptoms of any kind before they are allowed into our customers homes.
    •    We are supplying our employees with the most advanced gear possible and ensuring they are keeping a social distance while still providing our customers with the best service possible.  Our employees are wearing masks and gloves for your safety and for their safety as well.
    •    If you or one of your family members are having any symptoms or if you feel you have any concerns about having been exposed to the virus, we ask that you contact our offices to reschedule your appointment

As this situation continues to develop, we will continue to update our policies, practices and procedures.  We are going to stay one step ahead to ensure our customers health and well being is priority one.

And please, give thanks to the workers on the frontline... All healthcare workers, public safety, and other essential workers: WE THANK YOU!

“YOUR SAFETY AND HEALTH IS OUR PRIORITY!”
