Why did the customer contact us?

Homeowners of a 2004 Ann Arbor home are looking to remodel their basement and want to waterproof it before they start their project. They already own a sump pump but are looking to replace it. There is currently no water leaks in their home, this is just preventative.

Solutions provided:

To waterproof the basement before the homeowners remodeled we installed the Grate Drain perimeter system which exists under the floor to collect any water. This system was connected to the newly installed Sump Pump. The job was finished with the installation of a thermal finished shield on the walls to stop moisture from entering the home and prevent against any mold or mildew.
