Why did the customer contact us?

Home built in 1960s in Farmington, Michigan was water leaking where the floor meets the wall. They are interested in waterproofing their unfinished basement. There is no standing water as of right now in their basement and the home has a cinder block foundation.

Solutions provided:

Waterproofed the basement by installing the Grate Drain system , which is a perimeter, sub floor drainage system. The Level Two Ground Water Control system was also installed, which features a closed sump system and a water alarm. Thermal Finish Shield was installed to create a vapor barrier and protect against mold and mildew. These systems will stop all water leakage the customer was previously experiencing and prevent this from happening in the future.
