Why did the customer contact us?

Water coming in through unfinished basement. Home has a poured concrete foundation and when the water leaks in between the floor and the wall it puddles up.

Solutions provided:

Installed Thermal Finish Shield to protect against potential wall leaks, mold and mildew. The Grate Drain Perimeter System and Level Two Ground Control Sump Pump system were also installed. The Santa Fe Classic dehumidifier , bubbler pot, and downspout extension were also installed to help fully waterproof the basement.
