Why did the customer contact us?

Crack in the Wall of home built in 1991 in Macomb. There is a vertical crack that water leaks in from when it rains. The basement is unfinished and there is no standing water.

Solutions provided:

Installed a Kevlar Neck tie to permanently stop top wall from tipping in. A crack injection was also performed to stop water from coming in when it rains.
