Home built in 1966, has water entering finished basement. Seems to be coming from behind wall, possible cracks. Home has a cinder block foundation and a noticeable musty smell. When there is a heavy rain, there is standing water.

Solutions provided:

Installed Grate Drain perimeter system and the Level Two Ground Water Control system. The level two system features a closed sump system, water alarm, and more. Thermal Finish Shield was installed to seal off wall and protect against moisture, mold, and mildew. A Crack injection was also performed to permanently seal crack and prevent it from leaking in the future.
