Home built in 1951 with a cinder block foundation has water coming up from the floor. Water has come up on three different occasions only when it is raining heavily.

Solutions provided:

Installed the Grate Drain Perimeter System to create a sub floor drainage system to prevent water damage. Also installed a sump pump to fully waterproof the basement.
